Montenegro Property Centre, MPC, was established 2005 to meet the rising demand from foreign buyers of property in Montenegro, in what is now a rapidly expanding market, in terms of holiday homes, investment property and land development alike.

MPC is a Montenegrin Company managed by a local businessman who has a life-long knowledge of the country and its people. He is closely supported by a team from the United Kingdom and Ireland who possess considerable experience in overseas property sales and marketing.

In addition to our in-house sales negotiators, we have a legal and administration support team who closely assist buyers through the purchasing process. In Montenegro this is a fairly straight forward, and normally a pleasant and interesting exercise.

Our current emphasis is on and around the scenically attractive Bay of Kotor which is proving to be the most sought after area for foreign buyers. The year-round buzz, bustle and beauty of the medieval old town (“Stari Grad”) of Kotor and the proximity of Tivat Airport significantly increases the desirability of this part of Montenegro.
